Delete your SHOUT account

SHOUT users can delete an account inside the app from Creator Profile or Business Account.

Request deletion without the app

Email clevergirlcrawford@gmail.com from the email address used for your SHOUT account. Use the subject SHOUT account deletion request and include whether the account is a Creator or Business account.

What happens next

If no paid obligation remains, SHOUT disables the account, removes uploaded profile and submission media, and deletes or anonymizes personal profile data. If a paid job, payout, refund, or dispute is unresolved, the request is recorded and deletion completes after that obligation is resolved.

Limited transaction, audit, security, tax, accounting, or legal records may be retained when required, with personal fields minimized. Melissa Crawford may contact you to verify ownership before completing an emailed request.
